Refund policy

We want you to love your Airify Embroidered AC Cover. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return Email us at airifydecor5@gmail.com or send a message to +923071304271 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or, for Cash on Delivery orders, through an agreed method such as a bank transfer or easypaisa or jazzcash. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.

Exchanges If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a free replacement.

Return shipping For a change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover it.

Non-returnable situations We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery, or requests made after the 7-day window.
